Our agents work where they live and we love our local communities. Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group creates more than 100 “Our Local Love” events each year within its neighborhoods to enrich the lives of those living in them.
Trunk or Treat
Getting involved in the communities we serve is always a priority, and the Halloween season provides the perfect excuse to have a little extra fun! Our Crown Point office partnered with the local YMCA to participate in their annual community Trunk or Treat event. Agents and staff went all out, dressing up in creative costumes and designing a spectacularly festive trunk. It was a wonderful evening spent connecting with local families, hosting interactive games, and, of course, handing out plenty of candy to neighborhood trick-or-treaters.
Trick or Treat!
Trick-or-treating in the heart of town! Our Valparaiso office joined in the spooky fun at the annual downtown community trick-or-treat event. Agents set up a festive booth, dressed up in great costumes, and enjoyed spending the afternoon handing out candy and connecting with local families.
Earth Day
Happy Earth Day! Our Michigan City office rolled up their sleeves and hit the pavement for a neighborhood cleanup! Agents and staff teamed up to clear litter and beautify the blocks right outside their doors. We love our community, and spending the day giving back and taking care of our local environment was an incredibly rewarding experience. Way to go, team!
Teacher Appreciation Event
Supporting our educators! Before the back-to-school rush, the Crown Point office hosted a special Teacher Appreciation Evening to help local educators relax and recharge. Teachers were treated to a complimentary meal, massages, and exciting giveaways. To further support their upcoming year, attendees were also invited to "shop" from a collection of donated school supplies, ensuring they felt celebrated and supported both personally and professionally.
Popcorn Festival
The Valparaiso office was thrilled to take part in the 45th Annual Popcorn Festival, a beloved local tradition. The team showcased their creativity and community pride by designing a fantastic parade float, which proudly took home an exciting 2nd Place finish! In addition to the parade, agents and staff hosted a lively booth throughout the festival, enjoying the opportunity to connect with community members, share in the festivities, and celebrate alongside their neighbors right in the heart of town.
